1、橡膠出（chū）產（chǎn）模型製品的去邊修整，使製品表麵光潔、外形尺寸達到要求；

橡膠出產模型在硫化時（shí），膠料畢然會延著出（chū）產模型（xíng）的分（fèn）型麵等部位流出，形成溢流膠邊，也稱為毛邊或飛（fēi）邊，膠邊的多少及厚薄決定於出產模（mó）型的結構、精確度、平板（bǎn）硫化機平板的平行度和裝膠餘膠量。現在的沒有邊際（jì）出產模型出產的製（zhì）品，膠邊尤其薄， 有時刻起模時就被帶（dài）掉或輕輕一擦就（jiù）可以去（qù）掉。但這種出產模型成本較高，易損傷，大部分數橡膠模製品在硫化在這以後都需求修整處置。
